3. Full payment is required before the release of units or commencement of installation.
4. Customers are responsible for verifying the correct model, specifications, quantity, and installation requirements before payment.
5. Delivery and installation schedules are subject to product availability, weather conditions, and unforeseen circumstances.
6. Additional materials, accessories, labor, or services beyond the standard installation package shall be charged separately.
7. Unauthorized installation, modification, repair, misuse, or negligence may void the applicable warranty.
8. A & A Home Appliance shall not be liable for delays or failure to perform due to force majeure or circumstances beyond its reasonable control.
9. A & A Home Appliance reserves the right to refuse or discontinue any transaction that violates company policies or applicable laws.
10. By purchasing our products or availing of our services, the customer acknowledges and agrees to these General Terms and Conditions.

RETURN / REFUND POLICY:

1. Orders may be cancelled before dispatch or scheduled installation.
2. Products sold are not eligible for return once purchased, released, delivered, or accepted by the customer.
3. Payments made for products, installation, delivery, accessories, labor, and other services are non-refundable.
4. Incorrect item or incorrect quantity is due to our error, the item shall be eligible for replacement only with the correct product or quantity.

SHIPPING / DELIVERY / FULFILMENT POLICY:

1. Delivery schedules are subject to product availability, weather conditions, traffic, and other unforeseen circumstances.
2. Customers must provide complete and accurate delivery information. Additional charges may apply for incorrect addresses or failed delivery attempts.
3. The customer or an authorized representative must be present to receive and inspect the order upon delivery.
4. Delivery is considered completed once the order has been received and acknowledged by the customer or authorized representative.
5. Any visible damage, missing items, or incorrect products must be reported immediately upon delivery.
6. Delivery fees, if applicable, shall be communicated before order confirmation.
7. A & A Home Appliance is not liable for delays caused by force majeure or circumstances beyond its reasonable control.
